豆腐烧肉丝瓜😋

这又是我的创新菜哈~尝试用嫩豆腐烧肉丝瓜,没想到又是一惊喜!很好吃呢!

儿子超爱吃,特别是里面的豆腐被他一个人扫光,他一个人可以吃掉一斤豆腐不带气喘哒🙄

弄这个菜的灵感来源于嫩豆腐会出汁,口感软嫩,而肉丝瓜也是一样很容易出汁,两种食材都属于软软嫩嫩滴,所以干脆一起烧好了!

这道菜的特点在于加了虾皮,当然也可以加虾仁烧效果也是一样鲜美滴!所以有海鲜的味道,自然特鲜了🤤🤤

准备的食材有:嫩豆腐一块,肉丝瓜一个,虾皮/小米椒/蒜末/姜丝/小葱适量~

调料:盐适量,生抽适量,鸡精少许,也可以加点胡椒粉提醒哈~

烹饪步骤:起锅烧油适量,先把豆腐切小块倒入锅里烧一会儿,加入蒜末和姜丝,小米椒切碎后也一起下锅里,这样可以去腥增香~

再把丝瓜切成滚刀状倒入锅里,和豆腐一起烧… 加入丝瓜会烧出天然的浓浓汤汁~

随后加点食盐和生抽提味,最后加点虾皮提鲜~混合烧入味后,加点胡椒粉和鸡精调味,炒匀后出锅!

这道菜不仅味道鲜美,而且营养丰富,有虾皮和豆腐补充微量元素!

瞧瞧… 三个菜里面,豆腐烧丝瓜吃的最快,完全是被熊孩纸一个人吃光,太好吃了🤦🏻‍♀️

总之对他来说,就是好吃不放过😬
