咖喱菜

焖了好几天的肉，老妈子今天抗议了😥说焖的肉太清淡了，还是要炒得咸咸的才下饭。好吧！今天就炒她爱吃的豆瓣酱炒肉。这道菜咸咸的老人孩子们都爱吃，就我跟妹妹不喜欢，所以一般我做饭都不做这道菜。今天老妈抗议了就顺了她的意吧！但也不忘留了一些肉做一道自己跟妹妹喜欢的辣口味。
本来想用老干妈炒肉的，翻了一下冰箱发现老干妈吃完了，却找到了蒜蓉辣椒酱，那就用这个炒吧。蒜香味再带点辣也挺下饭的。起锅后让我迫不及待的想开动了😋
最后一道菜是咖喱菜，这道菜非常简单。跟煮火锅是一样的。先热油把咖喱料炒香，再来就是把所有的菜都倒进去翻炒一下，加水焖煮把菜煮熟就可以了。当然这种有汤汁的绝对不忘把豆卜也放进去吸汤汁啦😆其实也很想放炸腐竹的说，但连吃了好几天了，还是算了吧😁
