自家粽子


又到了一年一度的端午节,今年家里也包了肉粽子。包粽子的前一天就开始为了包粽子而忙。爸妈在自家菜园採斑斓叶回来后就把斑斓叶煮了。煮好后我跟大妹就帮着清洗斑斓叶。忙完叶子就开始准备糯米、猪肉、栗子、香菇、梅菜。糯米用水浸泡,猪肉拿去做成卤肉。梅菜清洗后剁碎备用,香菇稍微煮软后剁碎备用。栗子稍微煮一下在清理干净备用。材料准备好后隔夜才包。
隔天,爸妈、妹妹们和我天还没亮就起来了。简单的吃了早餐后就开始忙活。把昨天准备的食材都加上调味料翻炒一番后就开始包粽子。
记得去年特地包了小小的碱水棕给儿子们尝尝鲜。今年突发奇想,想着侄儿小小年纪普通尺寸的肉粽对他来说肯定是太大了,不然就来包小小的一口棕吧。别看它小小的,其实还挺难绑的。没耐心的我做了十颗一口棕后就投降了,还是做普通尺寸的吧😅
粽子一出锅家里老老小小都凑前来讨粽子吃,肉粽子的味道还是跟以前一样很好吃。大家都吃得很开心☺️
