Making of delicious meal is really important to our body system.
Pepper Soup
This is a well known food in Africa mostly eaten by Nigerians, it is my best during the winter season and here are some ingredients to use in the preparation of the meal.
Ingredients
• 2 Tsp of Uziza leaves
• 1 pound Goat meat or any meat choice.
• 2 Tsp Crayfish
• 1 small Onion
• 1 Scotch bonnet de-seeded and minced
• 1 Seasoning cube
• 4 Cups Water
• 1 Tbs Pepper soup spice
• 1 Tsp Red Chili flakes
• 1 Tsp Ginger powder
• Salt to taste
Preparation
Here are the step by step procedures to take when cooking or preparing pepper soup;
Cut the Goat meat into cube pieces.
Rinse thoroughly, put the meat into the Pot, add salt, habanero peppers, seasoning cube and half of the Onion and cook for 30 minutes.
Add the pepper soup spice, ginger powder, red chili flakes, the remaining grated onion, and crayfish. Then Leave it to cook for extra 10 minutes.
Stir in the uziza leaves and let it cook for another 5 minutes. You can choose to serve hot with Yam, Rice, Bread, Fufu, White Agidi etc.
