Q2.How Frequent do you post in the community?
I use to post regularly but now I barely post there, but some reason I posted there today.
Q3. Why don't you post in the community?
No engagement and the love is not reciprocated..i take my time to tag hive naija on any post that has a touch of naija just for awareness sake and I never get a comment or upvote from them.i engage often in various post made in the community but never get any response from the members back.
Q4. What do you suggest be done to move the community forward?
do better, because I can come up with many ways we can change or improve but even when it's implemented nothing would be different if all parties involved do not do better. I understand running the community is voluntary and time consuming but delegate roles, and just do better.
Q5. If you were made a Leader, What Impact would you make?
I cannot start making promises like Nigerian government, and I won't want to disappoint like them too but I know in whatever role I find myself as a leader I give it my best and ensure positive result only comes out from my regime.

I think the reply is necessary but it would take more people stepping to keep up with the replying.
Also, I don't think hive Naija has even hp to even upvote so that is also something we need to know.

This is solely from my end o,maybe they have criteria for upvotes. besides I have come to understand its just 2 people handling the community so I completely understand having to handle their page and the community.
I understand what you mean, but I heard they also get curie to upvote and yes, it's just two people handling the community and I think right now, it needs more hands.
I am sure there are lots of capable hands ready to help, the thing is no one will just make a move and volunteer to help, if no one is saying where and how they can render the help...you get??
If the vacancies are created with job descriptions i am sure hive naija would get lots of volunteers.
For instance i saw the post by ecotrain community asking for volunteers to fill some roles and i noticed 80% of the volunteers taken were nigerians..
Maybe a post is needed because I know that they have asked for help various times in the meetings and all that but yeah, I grab what you mean.

I also noticed that regarding prompts, most Hive Naija members don't adhere to the rules.

On a more serious note, I think the current leaders need more support and more willing individuals can join the leadership team in order for there to be shared responsibilities.

Yeah, it is really not easy.
All of us have things we are dealing with offline.
So if there are many people involved, it relieves the pressure on a few.
Who can we delegate roles to when people aren't ready to take up leadership roles?
For your number 3 answer, I think I'm at fault there. It's hard sometimes paying attention to a community where you're doing free work when you need to also get your finance in order too. Do forgive.

But i think you could try one more time, write a post calling out for volunteers , specify the exact roles and their duties because most times it is difficult to volunteer when they don’t know what they would be doing..

Exactly, one would thing it is an easy job until you get in there. This reminds me when I wanted to fill in the position of the PRO of my department,even my best friend it ain't hard at all..until I was the chairman of two different boards which comes with the position of PRO...Mad set up!!1😂

Yeah, there was a time I wanted to ask the questtion of if one added a commu nity tag will that community be notified or not? Now, I see they get notified. Ans really it is not really reciprocated but work will go on it soon
