Yes I know land appreciates but I just don't see the need for it, I'd prefer to use that money to give to someone who is in need 😂😀.

Helping the needy is superb, however there are some cool investment that will put you in proper balance of even helping beyond ur expectations. Hope dear, I believe that if you have a proper knowledge about real estate investment, you will be craving to do so asap. I haven't secured anyone yet, still striving to do so due to financial constraints but I will continue to preach it to anyone that can do so knowing fully well how profitable it can be. It also depends on your location of investment. Let me stop here so I don't deviate from the topic 😂😂👍
Hahaha, thank you so much for taking your time to explain in detail Ma'am. I have heard so many people talk about the importance and benefits of real estate investments and I love the idea. I'm not saying I won't want to get a land but that is not a priority for me at all, at least not now. But if it's for a group I will be interested wella 😊.
