It's just a few minutes. But remembering and knowing what exactly to do every week isn't easy.

Why not plan your activities then? I do that every night before bed. I align what I need to do according to their priorities and then, I take my phone, set alarms on each one. The alarms blare when I need go focus on something else. Trust me it helps. You just have to discipline yourself not to snooze the alarm 😂

Omo, I do that o. These days my activities can be pretty unpredictable. But I'm trying to get myself back in order.
