Hello guys, welcome to another beautiful moment. In line with the theme of the week which is “Goodluck” I will be doing a cover of the song “Beyond Me” by Yadah a gospel minister from cross river state, Nigeria. I chose this song because it is the song I like to sing anytime I succeeded in doing something or possibly had a good day or in general, had a Goodluck. The song helped me to express my joyful experience in words of gratitude to God.
I heard this song some years ago and to be honest the song really captured my attention the very first time I heard the song. And I believe the pattern of music used happens to be one of my favorites. I must say that the instrumentals is well coordinated and composed. It’s not too fast and it’s not too slow. It is what I described as perfectly okay. The output is great and I’m impressed.
Also, the backup singers also in my opinion did their best which I feel it’s good enough. They attacked the song when they are supposed to and also go silent when they are supposed to. That shows the clear act of professionalism displayed. Every one of them also understand their parts be it soprano, teno or alto. They understand their parts so much and delivered as expect without any form of confusion amongst them.
Proceeding down to the writer and singer in person of Yadah, I must say she is a very good writer who spent time in the presence of the holy spirit to get inspiration because her song expresses her gratitude to God for the love, mercy and privileges she enjoyed as a person. And I am greatly inspired by her great works of writing down meaningful and inspirational songs that promotes and build the body of Christ. Personally, that song is a message to me and I don’t take that for granted.
Therefore I encouraged everyone who has not listen to the song to quickly go online and listen to the song or possibly get engaged with my post so as to listen to the cover song by me. Thank you for coming around and I hope you enjoyed my entry for the week.
