Greetings friends of Hive and Hive Open Mic community. I trust you are all doing well. Welcome to Hive Open Mic 262. The theme for this week is Holy week and I will be presenting a cover of a song titled Because He Lives (I Can Face Tomorrow) by Bill and Gloria Gaither.
The song speak about the unshakable faith and hope that we can found through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It's brings to our mind that because of jesus death and resurrection we are saved from sin, conquer darkness, fear and overcome every life challenges, and Because He lives we can face tomorrow with peace and joy.
The song also reminds us that God have power over everything, He love us and we should put our confidence in Him and He will never leave us . Because He lives we shouldn't be afraid of today, tomorrow or futures.
LYRICS:
God sent His Son, they called Him Jesus
He came to love, heal and forgive
He lived and died, to buy my pardon
An empty grave is there to prove my Savior lives
CHORUS:
Because He lives, I can face tomorrow
Because He lives, all fear is gone
Because I know, He holds the future
And life is worth the living
Just because He lives
VERSE 2:
How sweet to hold a newborn Baby
And feel the pride and joy He gives
But greater still the calm assurance
This Child can face uncertain days because He lives
CHORUS:
Because He lives, I can face tomorrow
Because He lives, all fear is gone
Because I know, He holds the future
And life is worth the living
Just because He lives
Thank you for your time on my blog.
