Hello Hive Open Mic community!
It's weekend and I'm excited about to be here once again with another entry for the theme of this week. I find this theme really easy to get a song for but somehow I had to think it more thoroughly before I decided an entry for it. I'm grateful to you all for having me here and taking out time to listen to my video.

The theme has three important words in it... Faith, hope & Love. These words have even more greater roles in a Christian's life and that is the perspective I've decided to take it from. The life of a Christian without these in it is almost useless as one has to have faith in the God he or she serves (The Almighty Creator) and hope for an eternal life (the reward of the righteous) and love for our family, friends and neighbours to tell them about who Christ is.
I came up with this song by Carrie Underwood that tells a story about a woman who remembers Christ at the time of trouble, a scenario that shows that indeed Christ is the Lead in every action we take in life. The song tells about a woman who on her way driving to visit her parents with her baby almost had an accident but her prayer immediately saved her.
It is what happens in our everyday life even if not too serious but we are always in a situation that we need God's help because our human self is weak and helpless. The song resonate so well with me and with the theme. I'm glad I thought about it to share as my entry, I hope you do enjoy my cover... Thanks.
Song Lyrics
She was drivin' last Friday on the way to Cincinnati
On a snow-white Christmas Eve
Goin' home to see her mama and her daddy
With the baby in the backseat
Fifty miles to go and she was runnin' low
On faith and gasoline
It'd been a long hard year
She had a lot on her mind and she didn't pay attention
She was goin' way too fast
Before she knew it
She was spinnin' on a thin black sheet of glass
She saw both their lives flash before her eyes
She didn't even have time to cry
She was so scared
She threw her hands up in the air
"Jesus, take the wheel
Take it from my hands
'Cause I can't do this on my own
I'm letting go
So give me one more chance
Save me from this road I'm on
Jesus, take the wheel"
