For Hive Open Mic 205, I decided to explore the given theme "Musical Idol" by covering a song written by one of my heroes - Egor Letov.
Letov, a legend in Russian punk rock, fearlessly challenged societal norms with his raw music and rebellious spirit as the frontman of Grazhdanskaya Oborona (Civil Defense). His legacy as a symbol of artistic freedom and dissent in Russia lives on.

Para Hive Open Mic 205, decidí explorar el tema dado "Ídolo Musical" cubriendo una canción escrita por uno de mis héroes - Egor Letov.
Letov, una leyenda en el punk rock ruso, desafió sin miedo las normas sociales con su música cruda y su espíritu rebelde como líder de Grazhdanskaya Oborona (Defensa Civil). Su legado como símbolo de libertad artística y disidencia en Rusia perdura.
En esta poderosa canción, el lirismo poético de Letov pinta un vívido cuadro del caos urbano y la esperanza celestial, resonando con temas atemporales de lucha y resistencia.
