Seasons greetings to you music lovers!
I am excited to share my musical talent in the Hive Open Mic Community, as it is my first time participating in the weekly prompt. It has been on my mind and I am finally here.
I came across the Hive Open Mic Week 246 post on the 28th of December authored by @avdesing and found time to record and edit the video on the 29th of December, hoping to submit before the deadline, but I had some issues uploading the video on 3speak which took so much time before the video was finally published. I would have submitted it earlier but since I had started the process I didn't want to cancel it.
The theme for week 246 is "Christmas" and I covered one of my favourite Christmas songs, Angels (Glory To God).
"Angels (Glory To God)" is a beautiful Christmas song to rejoice over the birth of Jesus Christ and praise and worship Him. Christ's birth is a symbol of God's love for us and so He came as human that He may make way for our salvation.
We are still in the Christmas season and we are thankful for God's love upon us, His blessings and favours and as we end this year 2024, we look forward to what He has planned for us in the new year 2025.
As we commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ, may we experience the joy, hope, love and all the blessings that Christ's birth brings. Amen.
