Once again I am glad to be part of this beautiful open microphone community. In this week #245, we explore the theme: "Snowy". I am pleased to share my interpretation with the trumpet of "Let it snow", a beautiful Christmas classic composed of Sammy Cahn and Jule Styne in 1945. The rhythm is a moderate tempo and is found in the tone of G major. In my case, I interpret a tone above, the tone of greatest. The melody is lovely, with a nostalgic touch and with a repetitive progression. The lyrics are about a couple who expects to snow on Christmas Eve. I have had the opportunity to listen to versions of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Michael Bublé and Pentatonix. When I was a child I had the opportunity to play her in the music school. At this time, I am excited to connect with those pleasant memories. When it comes to Christmas music, it is an indispensable additive of the season.

It makes me laugh about snow because it is rare to see her where I live. I have had the opportunity to enjoy snowfall in the mérida mérida, Venezuela. He always traveled there with an aunt and visited our cousins. We could observe frozen rivers and sometimes sporadic snow on mountains and villages with great heights above sea level. Thanks to the influence of cinema, music, and the phenomenon of globalization, we are involved in snow culture, especially USE. UU. Although I believe that some traditions are not negotiable, while in the north it is expected to Santa Claus, in my land the coming of the child Jesus is expected. As children, we draw houses with chimneys, which is very common, where there is snow and cold climates. Although we live in warm climates, and our homes, we have never seen one. I hope you have a beautiful Christmas.

Let It Snow

Oh, the weather outside is frightful
But the fire is so delightful
And since we've no place to go
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
It doesn't show signs of stopping
And I brought some corn for popping
The lights are turned down low
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow

When we finally kiss goodnight
How I'll hate to go out in the storm
But if you really hold me tight
All the way home I'll be warm

The fire is slowly dying
And my dear, we're still goodbying
But as long as you love me so
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow

He doesn't care if it's in below
He's sitting by the fire's gloosy glow
He don't care about the cold and the winds that blow
He just says, "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow"
(Let It Snow!)
Oooooh-Wee goes the storm
Why should he worry when he's nice and warm
His gal by his side and the lights turned low
He just says, "Let it snow, let it snow"
(I Don't Care!)

The weather outside Is frightful
But that fire Is ummm... delightful
Since we've no place to go
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
It doesn't show signs of stopping
And I've brought lots of corn for popping
The lights are way down low
So let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
(Let it snow!)

When we've finally say goodnight
How I'll hate going out In a storm
But If you'll only hold me tight
All the way home I'll be warm

The fire is slowly dying
And my dear we're still goodbying
Long as you love me so
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Today I was in a shopping mall and there was a group where there was also a trumpet player and arriving home I came across your entry and this work of art! great friend has been a delight to listen to you! merry christmas!

Ey, Bro. Thank you so much! It's always a pleasure to share my music. Merry Christmas to you too!

O incredible. How how I've missed your trumpet @yisusth

Good to see you again here. Let's roll on. That sound you gave out from your trumpet is already preparing our minds towards Christmas & that's purely awesome.

Thank you for this

Kudos 🤝

I haven't had any snow yet where I live. That's both good and bad. Good because I like a warm winter and I don't like cleaning snow off my car. And bad... because it's a problem "due to" which can cause everything to go wrong with water.
