I actually just use rule of thumb but it's almost equal amount of soy sauce and maple syrup (2Tbsp maybe?). I also use garlic powder -- a dash or two. 😜😁 you'll find a few variations online. I just adjust according to the taste I like. Hope that helps 🤓🤓
