Having lunch every Sunday with the Jibowu Lagos hivers is always something I anticipate, we missed last week's Sunday spendhbd lunch because of the busy schedule of everyone but we decided that we are going to enjoy lunch together this Sunday, all this discussion take place our WhatsApp group, we enjoyed coming together, they all meet for church service from different places and we can only get to see ourselves on Sunday because of distance.
My journey to @Finicky restaurant Jibowu.
I was a bit tired because of some chores I did yesterday, but I still had to go, especially when I heard that @talktofaith wants her friend to join the hive, and that's my dream that more people come to know about the hive and spend.
So I left my house to Aguda bus top by 10:20 am, and I entered a bus that was going to Ojulegba I also took another, but that dropped me at Jibowu bustop then I trekked for 20mins to the finicky restaurant.
While walking down to @finicky restaurant, I took some pictures of important places like Jibowu Park and some well-known transportation companies.

Onboarding a newbie.
Getting to @finicky restaurant, the hivers I went to meet were still having a church youth meeting so I had to wait for a while, after a while they were done and @talktofaith introduced her friend @vivinity to me, she needed to understand at least the basic thing about the hive and she also needs to know how to manage her wallet.
After much time, she picked up interest, and I signed her up the usual way, which is through the spendhbd signup link.
I assisted her in downloading the hive keychain wallet, adding the keys, and also funding the account for her first shopping with HBD.
After that, @nekkypreal and @debbieuzo had some questions on how to find appropriate tags for each content, I helped them understand that each community has tags for any post in the community.
Mentorship took more than an hour, and they were very satisfied, tho very hungry, so everyone ordered what they would like to have for lunch.
Funny 🤣 🤣 @nekkypreal ordered her food and forgot that she hadn't conducted the transaction. She finished her food before she was asked for payment. There was no food for pictures to complete her transaction on the distriator app, so she had to buy snacks, and pay with HBD.

One reason why we love @finicky restaurant is the fact that their food is always fresh, tho very expensive, and people come in for lunch a lot and sometimes this makes their service a little slow.
But in all, they have been one of the best restaurants around Jibowu Lagos state.

The next goal is to list a supermarket that is closer to Jibowu so that we don't just eat we will also shop for the necessary things we need for house use, other listed supermarkets are very far away, so there is need to get a closer supermarket listed where the above-mentioned hivers will go and shop and pay with hbd.
Spendhbd project is gradually reaching to many people and anyone who hears about it picks interest on hive platform, despite the busy schedule, serious members are consistent after sign up and they enjoy hive.
After the lunch, I quickly rushed back home and got prepared for my evening service.

Amazing effort, keep on trying in your promotional activities. We cant was to see more businesses and user grow in Lagos. SpendHBD has a lot of potential and its our efforts that will lead the growth.
