All my day has just been for spend hbd project, after my morning routine I and @kachy2022 left to meet a business owner who owns a very big supermarket, people shop a lot in his supermarket because his goods are sometimes affordable.
With the mindset of promoting speendhbd projects and attracting more people to the hive, I decided to discuss the spend hbd project with the business owner, with the plan of listing his business if we agreed, unfortunately, he wasn't around we met the brother who was so rude, but we were patient enough to leave hoping to meet with the owner of the business someday.
People are always skeptical because of the rate of fraud they have heard about or have even experienced personally but thats the opposite of what spendhbd project does, spendhbd project helps them to make more sales but some will not even give you time to explain to them, but not withstanding we will keep on searching for those who understand business.
Onboarding and mentoring a newbie.
By 3 pm, a friend who I discussed Hive with came in I explained to her what hive is all about to a larger extent and how she can benefit from the hive. She was very interested in the fact that the hive is decentralized, and she was also happy that she would make new friends from her consistency and engagement on the hive platform.
I signed her up, I assisted her to set up her profile, download hive keychain wallet and ecency app, help her add her hive keys to her wallet. me and @ozibaby
We explored communities and subscribed to the ones she would like to create content on.
Its 4:pm, time for shopping.
Before now, I announced on our WhatsApp group that we would be having a group shopping @chiefomart by 4 pm, and everyone was very happy because they needed to stock up their house with foodstuff.
By 4:29, @kachy2022 and @omachi213 were out already; after some minutes, @iquo came, @beccatessy2 came, and @jacinta234 came in, too.
After a brief mentorship on the importance of consistency in the hive, we took some group pictures, and @ozibaby was very curious to know more.
They all shopped, and paid with hbd, but unfortunately, some people didn't get all they needed @chiefomart, so we decided to take a stroll to @Bokku-mart, where @iquo and @beccatessy2 were able to buy all they needed.

It was very interesting, tho, because it was the end of the year, and the supermarket was so busy and filled up with some inconsiderate people who were just behaving negatively while some were asking to know more about the hive.

Everyone can go shopping as individuals, but when we come together as a group, we create more awareness about the spendhbd project because people are always interested to know why we are in a group, what the transaction is all about, and how they can benefit from it.
Group shopping is a form of marketing on its own, it also allows us to meet together and discuss the challenges they all face as newbies and how they can progress on hive.
After everything, I went back home, had my bath, and then sat down to write this report you are reading.

Here's a thought; do you tell the stores you're signing up that if they move their HBD to savings they'll get interest at 15% APR ? I appreciate most will probably want to cash it out, but others might find it useful to have a reserve valued in US dollars that grows a bit every month.

Ah, that's fair enough ! I like my business to have savings, although so far they aren't in Hive.... that way I've got some cash available if there are any unexpected tax bills or other expenses I hadn't planned for.
