Weekends, especially each Saturday is often one to look forward to. Everyone in the ShoKiN team will tell you how expectant they are as we announce the next place, business or location where the week's event would be held. Today, we went to Lafresh Bakery, a good restaurant that has been rated high by members of ojr group. There, our day 16 was spent and everyone went home happy and smiling. I will like to share some high points of this outing with you.
Human connection and socialization was a high point.
At the restaurant, we all gathered and had to wait for some of the friends who were on the way coming. It did not take long before some of the friends started arriving. Lafresh has a really cool and conducive environment for friends to gather. To begin with, the DJ is a good one. He knows how to select cool and calming music suitable for the customers to enjoy their food. And vey comfortable seat to help you enjoy your stay.
The time we agreed to gather was 11am but by 12 noon, everyone has come. It was really good that the friends that came to be around. The menu available this weekend was really great. They have rice prepared in different ways. That include white rice and jollof rice. They also have stew rice. There are also many other food on the menu like local soup. There was Uha soup, pumpkin soup, bitter leaf soup and mny other spices. I choose to eat Vegetable soup with swallow as you can see below.
There are other members that had to choose what they ate. Some ate rice an others took snacks. There was also available fruit juice which some decided they would try. The most interesting thing about it all is that everyone has a high rating of what they ate. Whether it was rice or vegetable soup, the shokin team has praises for Lafresh an its staff.
One important feature of all shokin activities is that we all spend happily. The happiness stem from the fact that everyone will have something to earn from their spending. The distriator app is helping to change the history of shopping. We had it good today and everyone was able to claim their discounts. That is always a high point of our ShokiN events.
Apart from the fact tat we enjoyed our stay, we also created so many beautiful memories through making of videos and taking pictures. I will loke too share with you below some of the pictures we took on this particular shokin day 16. Why not take a look below.
Looking ahead
The friends are always eager to see another weekend of shokin activity. So before the next weekend arrives, I will make sure that another business us ready to host us. It could be a new business to be listed or just another one that has already been listed. Either ways, we are not going to miss the next shokin event in a week's time.
Additionally, I and the ShoKiN team are getting ready to take Hive promotion and spendHBD yo the next level. Within the next weeks to come, we are going to unveil a great project to help our promotion and bring more users to the ecosystem. That and our meetup is he next big thing to happen. Be sure to follow up on the updates.
Today seemed as is if it was not gonna happen. But last last it happened.
They didnt turn up early, they didnt turn up much. But, the enjoyment and excitement turned up and we had fun. Day 17 is already awaited!!

Today was another day to always remember, it was my first time visiting la'fresh foods and bakery and I can say that I enjoyed every bit of the moment we spent together.
