It was an evening of fun and learning. Everyone in the group was excited to be out last Saturday. We had gotten the memo of our get together to learn and unwind with other hivers. Our local guide had sent a reminder message of the sitout taking place @devillahotbar.
Weekend is a period of rest for many people so I had rested that day from the hectic activities of the week. I also had time to carry out some of my weekend activities. Afterwards I noticed it was getting close to the time chosen for our HBD sitout. I immediately got ready and headed down to the chosen location where our local guide was already waiting for us
I joined her and waited for others to come. Other hivers started to meet up. While we waited, we had some catch up, dancing, fun and laughter as our local guide got up to dance to the local music playing while beckining on others to join her on the dance floor. After the fun and dancing we proceeeded to a quieter area of the bar to have our discussion about hive. We were given reminders on some of the things we knew already and other things we did not know before.
Questions were asked by the members present on how to navigate the hive app, its features, meanings and how to maximize the benefits of both hive and ecency app. We learnt a lot from everyones input to the discussion and how they have fared so far with the project.
After all discussions and questions we proceeded to order for our barbecued goeat meat with malt drink. We discussed some more and it was time to say our goodbyes. We had learned, spent and earned discounts from HBD.
It was nice having you around, i hope you see you again ☺️
