My name is Amara Wisdom Obinna, I hail from Arochukwu in bende local government from abia state. I'm the second son of Mr Christopher and Mrs Lillian Amara and I'm in my 20's. I was born in JOS, Plateau state, in the Northern part of Nigeria. After many years of living there with my family, we decided to relocate to the East. A family of Five then which included my older brother who was the eldest and my elder sister with my parents grew to seven after my younger sister, Precious and the youngest, Bethel, my youngest sibling were born. Living in Aba, Abia state Nigeria was not something easy to cope with considering the fact that we had to adapt to different cultures and ways of life that we weren't used to. But as a family we were able to succeed together. It was much more easier as my parents are both from the east, so we didn't have any difficulties learning the language (Igbo) since we were already fluent in it. I can also speak English, Nigerian Pidgin and Hausa fluently.

HOBBIES
I love football so much. This love started when I was still a youngster. I could play really well and enjoy watching foreign teams play from the screen. Football is much fun watching in the viewing centers where supporters cheer for there teams and make fun of people supporting the losing teams. I also enjoy reading online novels and watching movies these things could make my day during leisures and if the novels or movies are very interesting, I can use the whole day doing it. Hahaha. Funny right? l still can't figure out why mom doesn't like movies back then, Not withstanding, watching movies with my whole family was always a delight provided Dad wasn't in the mood for his Don Williams' country music. Laughs. Although we know that's always a signal for us to go to sleep. Growing up was fun we get to run around our street with our ball, as children what do we even know? All of a sudden, we're grown ups, faced with the responsibilities to help the family out and cater for our needs.
EDUCATION
I attended my primary school at Better foundation and my secondary school at Kanma Model secondary School. it was fun while I were at that stage, As a student you're like a "bird in the owner's cage, free from the hunter's rage" but as soon as I finished my secondary school education was let to face the world. I joined a small company that sews underwears (boxers) for men it was good while it lasted but deep inside I had this desire to run my own business, the ability to convincing a customer to buy from me was always there, it's like an inbuilt personality. After a little misunderstanding with my boss, I was convinced it was time to leave even when he apologized and realized he was wrong. I accepted the apology for sure, but it was time to move on.
I later joined trade and since then I've been surviving from doing so. We sell fabrics especially Chiffon materials especially used for female wears and shirts for men. I'm happy God has been good to me right from when I started, from an understanding mentor to now that i'm standing on my own feet.

Oh! lest I forget, I'm not married yet. I am single and still searching incase I do find my missing rib over here, Hahaha. don't mind me.
HOW I LEARNT ABOUT HIVE AND SPENDHBD
A close friend of mine @brainbrian told me about this platform and I was curious so I asked for more details on it and he explained many things from how you could earn from writing articles and how you get discounts from the distriator from making purchases with the Hive-backed Dollar and scanning the QR code on the keychain. This got me thinking and I was like "what are you waiting for?! I have to join this wonderful family". I know I have a lot I can bring to the table, I'll be delighted to share my views about our society and more that keeps running through my mind. I just can't wait, expect a lot from me guys!! Truth be told, I am already into crypto as I've invested in different coins like Bitcoin and Hive. But joining the Hive community is a different story altogether since I get the opportunity to express my thoughts in writing. From what @brainbrian told me, I really am looking forward to doing many things on this platform.
My first experience with Hive and SpendHBD
It was really a great experience to actually buy stuffs I need with the Hive backed dollar(HBD) and still get rated after getting discounts from the distriator. Guys, you get paid for shopping, isn't it amazing?
At first we went to God's Own Supermarket were i bought some provisions like bread, butter, and other things. The scanning and the claiming process was very swift and easy, it was fun!
After shopping at the supermarket, we headed to yet another spendHBD listed shop, Real Communications, where I got a guard for my phone's screen and paid with HBD, i didn't forget to claim my discount from the @distriator.
