I have a couple of concerns that have kept me awake at night.
First: what has happened to the prizes for the first 3 places of this past fortnight, will they be distributed at the end of the month?
Second: now that there is a new ranking, I noticed that they made some changes regarding the percentages and the number of daily claims.
If I was among the first places in the first and second prize-giving, can I compete in this new fortnight?
And third: when distributing the prizes, will it be a general prize in terms of the payments of this whole month or will they give prizes to the first 3 of those who compete from day 1 to 15 and from 15 to 30 or will it be only 1 prize for the whole month?
Prizes will be once per month from now, since we have spent much more than we expected in rewards.
However, please note that prizes won’t be as big as the first month. The prizes are supposed to be from any surplus rewards that we have left over, but at the moment there is no surplus left since all income is sent out for rewards to spenders each month

Our payouts have been very high and we have no excess rewards left in our account, and so it is unlikely we will give out prizes. We were only going to give out prizes if we had surplus rewards. At the moment, we have zero surplus, so prizes will be low or zero this month
In other words, contestants from October 1 to 15 will probably not be considered?
If we have surplus rewards, which is looking unlikely for now, since users have used distriator so much that we are now in a negative surplus and have had to rebalance how rewards are distributed to bring our negative surplus back into control
I understand. Now if I am clearer, I think they have the capacity to do it, I understand perfectly the situation but I would also like the distribution of prizes to the winners from 1 to 15 to do it. I also invested in hbd in order to make the cryptocurrency more viable, with the intention of encouraging more users to use hbd as a means of payment. Then I also have a negative exedente.

Hi, I hope you are well. I made a purchase with HBD at @HolaSuperCenter pharmacy and paid via QR code scan with KeyChain Store, then when I logged into @theDistriator app it did not give me access to do the procedure to get the refund, can you help me with this?
