Wanted to take the time to appreciate a few curators who took time out of their day to make sure to nominate as many #hivefest posts as possible during the event, even looking for posts outside of the hivefest community.
It was also awesome to be able to at least glance at the posts thanks to them and consume as many as possible for us who couldn't attend.
This post will send beneficiaries their way.
I'd also urge more of you who didn't watch the live stream to check out the recordings as I've noticed even seasoned hivers in my comment section weren't aware of some of the amazing things mentioned there that will be coming up in our ecosystem!

It was amazing to see a lot of amazing Hivefest posts this year. I heard this year, a lot of people attended Hivefest, which might be more than Amsterdam, in 2022. It's a pity I couldn't attend this year but hopefully next year I will go if the location suits me. Are you planning to join next year Hivefest, Acidyo? Thanks for the appreciation. I was one of the fortunate 100+ who could experience Hivefest in real life. Reading the posts from the other attendees and their perspective was a nice alternative experience
Definitely a cool experience that deserved all the popularity in the trending during that period and even after! Hopefully I'll make it next year to my first Hive Fest :)
I watched both livestreams, or rather listened for the most part, as I was at work 😂. They were good recordings of the presentations.
This is why the curation of attendees’ posts is important, as those posts showed or described Hivefest from different perspectives and through personal experiences. OCDB curators did a great job bringing those posts to the Trending page, making it easier for us to find them.

😄 Thank you you so much for this! I really hope next year Hive fest will come back to Asia again so I get the higher chance to attend it 😆. All these years, I think Hive fest never fails with the food. They always look so good!
Any plans for a condensed (under 10 minutes) video? I think it would be a great way to promote hive, but some people (not to name myself) have really short attention spans.
Good point, maybe someone would be up for it if they received some post reward funding!
I'm so bummed I've never been able to make it to Hivefest. It's just so far away and the cost is so high. I hope that one day I am finally able to make it to one of them.
I watched them both during Hivefest. Maybe a bit delayed at times, but during the same days. I loved the quality of the live feed and the diversity of presentations, many of them being at least partially interesting. The organization seemed great too, from what I could see in people's posts and the live feeds.
This will be a good way for me to catch up ... this has been a stupidly busy time period for me but now I can spread the viewing out!
I did watch some parts of the streaming during the event. Thanks to you for sharing the links. I have bookmarked the post and will go through it later. Needless to say, the curators did a great job and loved and photos of Hivefest. thank you so much
I'm yet to watch the live stream, but I consumed a lot of hive fest content during the season, the pictures and all were amazing.
Part 1 is over 7 hours! Wow! It would take a work-day to get through. Is there a more condensed version?
Will look for someone with the time to do so, maybe even add captions to it and generate possible shorts! (although there were some on the official youtube account)

I have actually seen many posts on events occuring on different days during the HiveFest and that has made me felt like I attended even when I did not.
It's a way to share information and help us know more about hive and HiveFest generally.
Hivefest is a great event and I have seen day 1 stream only for this year. Its good that now I have the link and I will watch 2nd day this weekend.

Uhm, gotta say I did see everything about HiveFest from the first row and I did witness it all very closely. I even published a post to tell my story using the tags #hivefest #roadtohivefest & #hivefest2024 but apparently it flied over @priyanarc, @livinguktaiwan and @macchiata heads and seems like they did not "curate" it nor did they postulate it anywhere to be "curated" by someone. LoL
So, we probably are gonna need to buy to all of them better glasses.
