I saw @hive-woodpeckers and you've persuaded me to vote for it 😀
It's a shame that the DHF Return Proposal doesn't have something built in to adjust the floor based on the HBD requested and whether a proposal includes a mechanism to repay the investment. That way, small low-cost initiatives would be more likely to get funding.
Here's another idea for it; if it doesn't hit the threshold, do we either have enough #teamuk members who would be willing to each contribute a few HBD to cover the cost, or (and I haven't done the maths !) how many HP would have to be delegated to generate the amount needed ? If (say) 30 of us delegated 200 HP each, would that generate enough HP that could be unstaked and converted to HBD or used to generate liquid HIVE to fund it ?
It's we are only small at the moment but we will get there eventually.
It's more for fun at the moment for them, more of a break from life and a bit of stability for them.
Many thanks for your vote.
I had asked in the past about the DHF doing a interest free loan kind of thing, basically so long to repay it back etc but was always told it's not do able
That's an interesting idea.
Separately, one of the reasons I don't vote for the return proposal is because small projects get kicked out.
I think we probably could raise the funding between us, but its a crying shame that @valueplan hasn't worked as well as it might because it's these small projects that could/should be supported.
