Hello, everyone. I hope you're all doing well. I'm still stuck in 2024. I'm sharing with you how Christmas went at that time. Since my boss celebrated their Christmas dinner early, around the second week of December, due to one of the families traveling overseas for a holiday, we were so busy that I didn't get the chance to capture those moments.
These were a few dishes that we prepared at that time.
However, I was able to snap a few photos. Mussels for cooking
These pork that I cannot recall what precisely she calls it.😬
She ordered it from the butcher, and they cut it for her. She pounded and seasoned it with different kinds of spices. Fried the onion and mushroom separately and lay it on the meat. After she put the mozzarella cheese for toppings, we rolled it, tied it tightly, and placed it in an oven tray after wrapping it in aluminum foil. Oh, and she also wraps the meat with bacon. After we placed it in the oven at 200°c for an hour, that's the star dish for the night. The rest are just side dishes. Like the mussels she fried with tomato sauce, they ate it with buttered garlic bread.
That's how the Christmas dinner goes😌.
She also hosted a party for her church friends. It was held downstairs in the lounge, a function room that can accommodate a lot of people. She got 33 guests.
The day before the party, we went down to decorate and arrange the lounge.

)The program starts at 11 in the morning and ends at 3 in the afternoon. They catered food for lunch and prepared some games. I was smiling from ear to ear, watching them play their games😁. They are mostly elderly, and their laughter is contagious. They have the games to shoot the ping pong ball inside the bucket. Most of them missed it.😬😁
When the food came, everybody was busy taking their food, and so did I.

)The caterer also put up Christmas decorations along with the food. They didn't like it, so it was taken down. I still managed to snap some photos of it.
After eating, the party continued. Some of them prepared a dance number, and we were delighted watching their every move. They sang worship songs, and some played guitar.
They were giving out souvenirs. It's a hand squeeze ball for hand exercises.
The prize of their games was chocolate, and I also got plenty even though I didn't participate😛.
After the party, we cleaned up and brought back the decorations that we had arranged. The cleaner in the condo helps us to keep the chairs and tables. I never thought watching and participating in this kind of party could be really fun. At first, I was hesitant to come because I was shy. Lucky ma'am convinced me to come and join them. It was indeed fun.

So nice that your boss convinced you to go to the party. The decor looks so pretty but the best part is how delicious the food looks.
And so much chocolate haha, my mouth is watering.
Those foods are tasty. But sad to say after 2pm, the caterer took it away already while the party is still ongoing. They said good for 3 Hours only😐.
