When it comes to writing about my feelings or my likes and dislikes I feel like a fish in water, it is easy for me to express what I feel as if I were a little girl who tells her mother everything.
Today our friend Eric invites us again to be transparent, he invites us to go into our inner self and check those things we feel and sometimes we don't even pay attention to them.
Cuando se trata de escribir sobre mis sentimientos o mis gustos me siento como pez en el agua, se me es fácil expresar lo que siento como si fuera una niña que le cuenta todo a su madre.
Hoy nuestro amigo Eric nos invita nuevamente a ser trasparentes, nos invita adentrarnos en nuestro yo interno y chequear esas cosas que sentimos y a veces ni le prestamos atención.
Feeling pleasure is easier than we think, it is the opposite of feeling bad. We can feel pleasure or joy from something, feeling or action.
In my mind I was able to quickly check about twenty things that make me feel pleasure, so here I will try to summarize my list as best I can.
Sentir placer es más fácil de lo que creemos, es todo lo contrario a sentirse mal. Podemos sentir placer o gozo por alguna cosa, sentimiento o acción.
En mi mente pude chequear rápidamente unas veinte cosas que me hacen sentir placer, asi que a continuación trataré de resumir lo mejor posible mi lista.
- Every morning it is a pleasure to wake up and thank God for allowing me to live a new day to enjoy life.
- Flooding my house with the smell of freshly brewed coffee and drinking it while I look out the window and see the birds, the trees, the mountains is something I will never get bored of doing.
- Taking care of my garden, watering the plants that need water, caressing them and saying nice things to them.
- Going to the bathroom and throwing away all the bad things.
- Having money gives me a lot of pleasure because with it I can enjoy life the way I want.
- Cada mañana es un placer levantarme y le doy gracias a Dios por permitirme vivir un día nuevo para disfrutar de la vida.
- Inundar mi casa con el olor de un rico café recién colado y beberlo mientras me asomo por la ventana y veo las aves, los árboles, las montañas es algo que jamás me aburriré de hacer.
- Cuidar de mi jardín, regar las plantas que necesiten agua, acariciarlas y decirles cosas bonitas.
- Ir al baño y desechar todo lo malo.
- Tener dinero me da mucho placer porque con el puedo disfrutar de la vida como quiero.
- I love to give flowers to my mother and steal a beautiful smile.
- Visiting my hometown San Pedro del Rio, in Tachira.
- The smell of freshly roasted cocoa quickly takes me back to my childhood.
- Seeing the cow corrals, going to milk the cows and drinking fresh milk.
- Cleaning my house and keeping it tidy.
- Having a drink on Friday nights.
- Regalarle flores a mi madre y robarle una linda sonrisa me encanta.
- Visitar mi pueblo natal San pedro del Rio, en Táchira.
- El olor del cacao recién tostado me transporta a mi infancia rápidamente.
- Ver los corrales de las vacas, ir a ordeñarlas y tomar leche fresca.
- Limpiar mi casa y mantenerla ordenada.
- Tomar un trago los viernes por la noche.
- Going out to buy fabrics or wool, I go for one and come back with one of each color.
- Cooking new recipes and seeing my family's face when they eat them is priceless.
- Winning a board game, like ludo or dominoes.
- Going out to exercise and feeling that it was worth it no matter how tired I was.
- Going for a walk and seeing a new place.
- Eating sushi
- Salir a comprar telas o lanas, voy por una sola y llego con una pero de cada color.
- Cocinar recetas nuevas y ver la cara de mi familia cuando la comen, no tiene precio.
- Ganar un juego de mesa, como el ludo o el domino.
- Salir hacer ejercicio y sentir que valió la pena no importa el cansancio.
- Salir de paseo y conocer un lugar nuevo.
- Comer sushi
- Sharing with my family and friends.
- Take good pictures
- Write a good post on Hive.
- Decorate for Christmas
- Having one, two or three orgasms.
- Knitting is a great pleasure
- Embroidery is my madness

- Seeing and greeting my family coming home every evening after a hard day's work.
- Going to church to hear mass every Sunday or attend their special activities.
- Giving and receiving gifts.
- Staying in bed watching a good movie with my husband.

- Ver y saludar a mi familia regresar a la casa cada tarde despues de un duro día de esfuerzo trabajo.
- Ir a la iglesia a escuchar misa cada domingo o asistir a sus actividades especiales
- Dar y recibir obsequios
- Quedarme en la cama viendo una buena película con mi esposo.
There are many things that happen every day that make us feel good, many times we are ungrateful with life because instead of being happy with what we have we constantly complain and that definitely does us no good.
How good it is to recognize today in this list how good life is with us. The simple fact of being well, being alive, being healthy, is enough to make us feel happy.
Son muchas las cosas que suceden a diario y nos hacen sentir bien, muchas veces somos desagradecidos con la vida porque en vez de estar contentos con lo que tenemos nos quejamos constantemente y eso definitivamente no nos hace bien.
Qué bueno es reconocer hoy en esta lista lo buena que es la vida con nosotros. El simple hecho de estar bien, estar vivos, tener salud, ya es para sentirnos dichosos.
