Greetings friends of Hive and @silverbloggers, today I am going to participate in the initiative proposed by @ericvancewalton, in Memory Monday # 50, whose topic is the following: What signals from the Universe did you totally ignore at the beginning? How did you finally "get the message"?, to express our experience and learn about that of other users on Hive.
Cuando hablamos de señales del universo son situaciones que hemos vivido y que recibimos algunas señales que nos hacen cambiar para tomar nuevas decisiones y mejorar, estás señales pueden ser a través de una persona, un sueño, un mensaje a través de cualquier medio, por ejemplo por las redes sociales, e incluso mediante la naturaleza que nos hacen cambiar y nos damos cuenta y reflexionamos en base a todas las cosas que nos motiva a realizar una determinada actividad que muchas veces nos saca de la zona de confort.
When we talk about signs from the universe, they are situations that we have experienced and that we receive some signals that make us change to make new decisions and improve. These signs can be through a person, a dream, a message through any medium, for example through social networks, and even through nature that make us change and we realize and reflect based on all the things that motivate us to carry out a certain activity that often takes us out of the comfort zone.
Cabe destacar que uno de estas experiencia que he tenido es la siguiente, recuerdo que mi primer estudio universitario fue la carrera de informática de tres años, después que me gradué, busque trabajo en diferentes empresas privadas, pero no logré conseguir nada. En vista de esto trabajé más de cinco años como transcriptor de datos, realizando trabajos de computación a estudiantes de bachillerato y universitario. Un día un amigo me dijo vas a durar veinte años haciendo esto y no vas a tener una jubilación y ningún futuro.
It should be noted that one of this experience that I have had is the following, I remember that my first university study was a three-year computer science degree, after I graduated, I looked for work in different private companies, but I couldn't get anything. In view of this, I worked for more than five years as a data transcriber, doing computer work for high school and university students. One day a friend told me you are going to last twenty years doing this and you are not going to have a retirement and no future.
Después de esas palabras, que me hicieron reflexionar y también porque mi hermano en ese tiempo iba a estudiar otra carrera como profesor especialista para cambiarse de las clases de primaria a bachillerato. Así que desde ese instante junto con mi hermano estudiamos la carrera de educación, los días viernes y sábado, de esta forma logré encontrar un trabajo en la administración pública ante de graduarme y en la actualidad ya tengo dieciocho años de servicio.
After those words, which made me reflect and also because my brother at that time was going to study another career as a specialist teacher to change from primary to high school classes. So from that moment on, together with my brother, we studied education on Fridays and Saturdays. In this way I managed to find a job in public administration before graduating and currently I have eighteen years of service.
Otra de las experiencias fue cuando era adolescente, desde que estaba en bachillerato me gustó correr, en una oportunidad participe en una carrera estudiantil de 14 K, como estaba iniciando, la idea para era hacer todo el recorrido y llegar a la meta, lo cual pude hacerlo pero no llegue entre los primeros corredores. Después ingresé a un equipo de corredores de la comunidad, donde aprendí como son los planes de entrenamiento para mejorar los tiempos en las diferentes distancias.
Another experience was when I was a teenager, since I was in high school I liked running, on one occasion I participated in a 14K student race, as I was just starting, the idea was to complete the entire route and reach the finish line, which I was able to do but I did not arrive among the first runners. Later I joined a team of community runners, where I learned what the training plans were like to improve times at different distances.
Asimismo, todos los integrantes del equipo nos preparamos para una competencia de 42 kilómetros y 195 metros, pero uno de los compañeros del equipo decía que mi hermano y yo no deberían correr porque no íbamos aguantar esa distancia. Debido a este comentario entrenamos distancias largas y mejoramos un poco más los entrenamientos. Después de varios meses de preparación, llegó el momento de participar en el octavo maratón de Caracas en Venezuela, en la cual logré llegar a la meta con un tiempo de 3 horas 42 minutos.
Likewise, all the members of the team prepared for a competition of 42 kilometers and 195 meters, but one of the teammates said that my brother and I should not run because we were not going to last that distance. Because of this comment we train long distances and improve our training a little more. After several months of preparation, the time came to participate in the eighth Caracas marathon in Venezuela, in which I managed to reach the finish line with a time of 3 hours 42 minutes.
