It sure is. I was just commenting last night on a post about how I used to love going into the woods and just lying down and listening to the birds, wind, and other natural "noise" for like a hour or more sometimes. This was when I was young though. I may try doing it again these days to block out some of the modern noise for a while.

Oh yes it's a good idea, listening nature make us peacefull. Here we have a lot of birds singing during all the day, when I want to relax I listen to them :)
