Hello Monika!!! I hope you are well.

To be honest, yes, I deserved to be indulgent at least one weekend. But it's better not to go back to bad habits.
You have to take advantage of the fact that you are still young and your body will thank you with good health later ;)

I wonder how they can sleep with those weird poses 🐱🐶 If we do something remotely like that, we'd wake up with pain all over 😆 !LOLZ
