Hi, Milly!
Happy belated birthday! Best wishes to you today and always.
I am not afraid of old age but I am afraid of dependence. For me, the age of change was 51 and it's not that I feel old now. I think that in my mind I feel the same as when I was 40, but without a doubt, my body has given me its big warnings. There are things we can't avoid like our genetic background, but you can be in good physical condition to make the changes more bearable.
I am glad to know that you are attentive to the changes that could come with the years.
Taking care of yourself physically is a great investment that will surely reflect on your health. And it's so important to keep the mind positive and the soul young.
I'm happy to see you in Silver Bloggers ❤️ Thank you 😊
Big hugs and happy birthday again 🥂🤗🌸

Your comment is an eye-opener as also your recent post about your health.
I've seen some signs in my body too, and I am making it a priority to take better care of myself despite any day-to-day drawbacks.
I'm always happy to drop by this community and should try to do it more often, so thanks for the welcome and your good wishes. It's highly appreciated 😊😍🤗
Aging is something natural that should not worry us but yes how we do. I have always been afraid of not being able to fend for myself in my old age because that is another story.
The changes in our body in the years of menopause happen. There are those who handle them better, but taking good care of our health for that period should be a priority.
HBD again and welcome to SB 😘🤗
