I slept through the lunar eclipse but hoped to catch it just before the moon set. I was too late. La luna had already sunk behind our mountains.
I did, though, catch the autumn sunrise from two angles. From virtually the same spot. So different, the light. It was a good way to start Monday and the week.
Monday wrapped up with bean chilli. It's been a long time since I made it. Ahead of meat free Monday, and before we did Sunday Suppers @ The Sandbag House, it was a Sunday regular.
And, for The Husband, chilli jam. It's quick, easy and tasty and works as well with tortilla as it does with (sourdough) bread or rice.
We prefer the tortilla and layer it with shredded lettuce and cheese.
An almost aside
Although I am really busy away from the Hive, I have noticed a significant drop in activity as cryptos - including Hive - have tanked. If you are a noob (and even if you are not) this is a good time to hunker down, find your feet and be well settled ahead of the next bull rush so you know the ropes when the new crop of noobs arrives.

I love that autumn sunrise you caught, a really nice start for the week.
The activity also seems to me to have fallen around here and seeing your comment I can see that it's not just my impression. We are in the time we should try to focus in accumulate more and hold ;)

I should have set my alarm so also slept through it! We once saw a lunar eclipse when visiting my niece on their farm and it looked really amazing!

I have watched a couple and this one would have been spectacular. I'm a little annoyed with myself... That sunrise, though, did make up for it...

Just to be sure, the lunar eclipse is the moon covering the sun right? I only saw that once in my life. But if it's the sun getting with the moon, we see it almost every night... Lol.
You know i got a thought when reading this where, the whole world stops so we can pick up. I think that's what's happening and for all our sakes, I hope we pick up really fast... Because it's going to be one heck of a bull run!
An eclipse is when the earth's shadow crosses the moon.
I do hope the bull run starts soon!
My husband insisted that we go out to see the eclipse, but I was so exhausted that day that I fell asleep.
I hope all things get better for everyone and everything goes back to normal in the crypto world, there are a lot of people complaining about it. I'm going to concentrate on saving.
I think saving is smart. I am not sure what normal is, but I do hope it starts going up again!
