Watched the news via You Tube of the crazy storm hitting Buffalo, also Japan taking a hard knock with this wave like weather going through.
Amazing to see the double glazing capturing the snow in between, you were fortunate in comparison to what I have seen in Buffalo, one does not think about the force wind brings, lakes create another system before making landfall.
Interesting to read how parts deep snow with some areas still showing lawns of green.

Yeah, Buffalo gets hammered pretty much every year. It's amazing that people still choose to live there! I've actually never been to the town, I need to visit some day. There has to be aspects that make it worth it!
Must be enjoyment of being snow bombed once a year to live there, if this is a regular occurrence. Does seem to be an interesting place to visit, perhaps when blanketed in snow.
It's pretty beautiful when you get a decent amount and you don't have anywhere that you have to be. Some of my favorite weekends are just sitting in the warm house and watching the snow fall outside.
