Wasted half a day again with medical aid stuff, gosh life has become difficult finding anyone who is able to give answers. Tuesday half the day wasted on bank, change their software, point out problems to which they never have intelligent answers.... Modern life, avoid phones, robotic answering machines and big corporations not training staff in properly.

I have only one bank account that I hardy touch, as Marian takes care of everything.
On the medical side, things are not good as I think that you know that I had to cancel the knee replacement operation. But we also know that things are in a shambles due to getting their accounts wrong. We had a R6000 debt cancelled due to the wrong information. No apology yet. In fact nothing and the account was just zeroed.
