Interesting that you had the moon photographed for days in a series. I find it amazing how the size of the moon affects tides.
I was at the beach this week and I had a selfie with the moon, I will share one of these days. Interestingly you were also having a good time capturing moments of the moon.

Moon played such a large part of growing up, grand parents believed you cut hair at certain times, my father planted seeds on a growing moon to be in the ground by full moon for better crop, not sure if there is any truth to it, I still do it.
Every full moon here in Warner Beach many get together to do a beach walk, dogs are welcome too. The walk on full moon evening watching the moon rise over the sea.
!LUV have fun enjoying the beach on warmer evenings.

(no space) to get help on Hive. InfoSame with my parents they had this belief of looking out for the moon when it is out smaller than a quarter size, the call it new moon and it was time to pray for a better new month, I reluctantly participated then. 😃
Sounds like a nice walk to have on the beach to watch the moon rise over the ocean.
Most probably some truth in old beliefs, beach walk always advertised in local newspaper, folk arrive and enjoy the walk in a group making it safer.
I would participate in the walk if I was there, I like things like that 😃
Something that has been happening for years here, most enjoyable although I have not been myself in a long time.
That is good, the community or the organizers should keep at it.
We get those periods when we are not ourselves, at times we snap out of it quicker, sometimes a bit longer.
Started with mainly a woman wishing to walk her dog, invited the community to join in for safety sake, so the ball started rolling about twenty years ago.
