I used to cater part time for functions. It was hard work but fun. I used to try to offer tasty dishes that were still affordable for clients on a tight budget, and calculate quantities as precise as possible. It's a fine balancing act, quality always is priority!
The food business is not easy.

That's really right. Keeping the balance between budget, requests, quality etc is so difficult. Also we have to keep us happy :) Overall I like cooking and catering. I may reduce but I think I cannot completely quite doing it. Haha.

I will always love cooking, so I was always willing to have a smaller profit. Food somehow brings people together, especially when cooked with love ❤️
