Hi, I love your preparations, that meat looks spectacular. This is how tasty it will be. You work hard but the result is always good. Remodeling a house takes a lot of work and effort but you will also have economic relief. I also think that we accumulate things that we will not use in 20 years but it is also sad when we have to vote for them or give them away. Now the pleasant and sad memories will begin to appear. Be strong and go ahead.

I have been mostly away for nearly two years after The Husband died and am in the process of getting my life on a new track. This remodeling is part of the process. I am on a journey to rediscovering doing things on my own and making things work for me that will have a long term benefit.
