Make sure you have enough collagen as it starts to deplete in our bodies once we turn 30.
That's very true, and you just reminded me that I should replenish my collagen tablets, as well as check my calcium levels, as I've noticed differences in the bone and muscle mass in both legs. There's also a creaky noise in the knee of the leg that feels hollow.
