I'm not sure what it takes to stick around here long term, but for me viewing it as an experiment certainly helped. Many have stormed off because they don't like how things are done by some with large stakes. Some returned to Steemit, the original, some have gone to Blurt where downvotes aren't allowed and some have left completely. You can't control others, but that's not something a lot of people are able to let go of.
I'm enjoying our conversations and look forward to your next instalment. Thank you for placing value on my investment in time. I appreciate the thought whether it's monetary or not. I doubt Hive will ever give me much value monetarily to be able to make much difference with the cost of living as it is here in Australia, so I try to keep it on the blockchain to see if I can make some difference where it can help. A big question for me is if there is anything I can do that will help bring more value to Hive, to which the answer is probably not at the piffling level I can wield it.
