Many congratulations on your birthday. It is nice that you celebrated by being in nature and also with tasty food and good wine thereafter. Life is about enjoying all the special moments - large or small and you seem to do both. You seem to take good care and indeed it is nice that you are proactive about the aging process.
I am embracing the process because I know there are some things which are indeed within my span of control whilst others are not. For example - you are exercising - I am doing the same and absolutely enjoying nature and all the small things. I feel somehow optimistic about aging - hence there is no fear. Just taking it as it comes.
