RE: Everything's Moving Too Fast! - PART ONE.

I have often thought about the idea that live sports can't possibly mean as much to kids today as it did to kids my age. I remember it was so exciting when a sporting event would start. It was such a nice break from mediocre tv shows. But I always try to look on the bright side of technology. For example, I love being able to watch tv shows on Netflix before I go to bed. So much better than just having to watch at some random time slot.

Yup, agreed, I remember a time when everyone would stay home for some huge live event, now they go out anyway and watch it on 'catchup', or worse still watch it on their phone in a coffee shop or on the bus, destroying the ambience for everyone around.

Immediately after folks would pick up the phone (that was obviously plugged in at the wall ) and talk about what they had just watched, it was a shared experience at distance, I guess you could say.

Oh somebody has been peeking at the notes for part 2 of this post 🤣

Thanks as always man 😎
