Yes, you are right and they call it "over tiredness", as our bodies have their own inward clocks and we disturb the clocks whenever we awake or sleep in unnormal hours.
It is going to take some time my friend as the last 3 years have been a total hell. So now we have to get rid of all of the negativities in our minds.
But you are right as time will heal us again 🙂
