RE: Morning Pages - burn after writing ... or maybe compost?

Oh my friend, I think we are all going through a transition, an almost permanent one I think. Who could even guess where it will end up, I wouldn't even dare to.

I have looked in to and started many exercises like this over the years, always so optimistic that I would keep it up, this time. Suffice to say, your 15 days, (so far) eclipses many of my attempts. You are more than right in saying 2.45 most certainly is better than never, I would likely be an evening pages kind of guy tbh.

It is fabulous that you are feeling lighter and those anxiety inducing things from life are plaguing you a little less right now, we never dare look too far in to the future of course but gratefully accepting every good day that comes along.

It may sound silly to some but I wholeheartedly agree about gel pens 😎 there is a frictionless feel that is both smooth and comfortable.

Lunch in the park sounds like bliss!

I often think a seemingly small choice like this could help people feel a little better about life and provide a time for quiet reflection and joy of just being out in nature.

Keep smiling and enjoy April and those longer brighter days and blooms that appear in increasing regularity 😎🌻🌞

I smiled to see and read your comment, so good to have you around!

Ryman's had gel pens for £1 in a sale recently. I bought the whole stock. I agree, small adjustments, a picnic if money is tight, can add so much.

Hope you keep making good progress and join us when you can.
