We have a "White Christmas" this year. Over 8" of snow has fallen this week and brrrrr, it's cold outside. The wind chills have gotten to -7°F. or -21°C. I don't mind saying it is frightful outside and I have no place to go, thank goodness.
I put on my boots and took a quick walk around the yard to capture some snow-covered foliage in the gardens.
Japanese Forest grass is in the above photo.

The Christmas Tree in the front garden is covered in snow. We have enough snow to make a snowman, I may have to think about that. ;-)
I wish you all health, joy, and happiness this holiday season and throughout the coming New Year.
Until next time, this is Sunscape

Oh wow that is quite wonderful, we don't get snow as a rule, only twice in the last 8 years, and I doubt we will this winter.
Merry Christmas
Thank you, Ed Merry Christmas to you. We have a very white Christmas this year.
A white Christmas indeed and a very beautiful one at that!
Merry Christmas to you too.
Thank you, ghost-art Merry Christmas to you as well.
You have a truly white Christmas! Here, they've been rare over the last couple decades. But there's some white out there now, but not like yours! Love the shot of the birdhouse! And you have a holly! Mine gets imported from my brother's in CT.
Merry Christmas!
The fresh snow is so beautiful and it makes Christmas seem better somehow. Enjoy your holiday festivities. Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas!
Beautiful white snow covering everything in the garden!
But the cold temperatures were rather too severe for me and my cats!
