My brother raises ducks, so I frequently get ducks' eggs.
Oh wow, you are so lucky, I bet they taste absolutely amazing. I remember lived in Orkney years ago and this old couple had ducks and gave us eggs whenever we wanted, and they absolutely out of this world.
The KISS rule is the best, and eggs really are one of myfavourite foods, comfort or otherwise, they are so versatile and so darn tasty.
