Hello Hello Hivians
Another Monday is here and I still feel like I have been kicked in the arse by this covid malarky.
We had some storm on Sunday evening, although it was nothing like what they had projected.
I remember before the internet we just got on with things, no warnings, now they seem to prepare you for doom and fluff all happens!

Working from home this week
I have a pleasant week this week as I will be 100% working from home.
Yes I said I was going to be working from home, well I got the from home part correct....
But the working part ... not so much ... yes covid had got me!
I should have known something was off when I was out walking ...
I mean since when did I take pictures with a fluffing head in the way!
There not that is much better.
We had popped upto Aldi to see their offers and ...
look what Cinderfella found ....

Some of you will remember I got a new phone a few weeks ago because the camera was a bit of allright, and truth be told I have not really explored it yet...
However I knew there was a super moon coming up,, I think it was called the Hunters moon.
Well what ever the name, I went to take a pic about three in the morning on Firday morning, I knew it was Friday as I was waiting up for the milk delivery...
There was the stadium across the road lit up, I used the night light feature on the Google Pixel 9 xl pro!
Fluff me it worked...
And there was the moon right enough it was big and full!
But let's put that night feature on....
Oh heck yes, look at that, you can see land mass on the moon with a phone, that is bloody obscene when you think about it?!?
It was set at the maximum 30x and if you zoom up a little on the laptop then ...
One thing Cinderfella did buy at Aldi was these wonderful big and wonky chestnut mushrooms....
Do you buy wonky fruit and veg?
Because it was not perfect shape etc, they sell it off cheap.
I mean how stupid is that, I would rather mt fruit and veg is not all uniform and exactly the same. At least I know it is a bit more natural.
I mean imagine a boring world when we are all the same size and colour... Boring yeah!
Chop the mushrooms up and it was time to knock up a quick chilli con carne!!
Talking of wonky, did you see the chunks of garlic, we love garlic so I will throw in a whole bulb as much possible in my cooking, I only give it customary chopping hence the kidney beaned size of garlic !!!
Actually it helps ward off mosquito bites, I know I know I am in Scotland, but remember I lived at least half my life in mosquito infested countries!
Fluffing tasty it was ....
Even with covid, chef Cinderfella can do his job!

I never knew garlic helped ward off mosquitoes, and the food looks so yummy😋
And I totally agree with you, we don't all have to be the same. What type of fruit is that?

Covid put me down for about a week at the beginning of this month. It was horrible. Those scrub daddy's are pretty cool. They get soft in warm water and hard in cold water.
My country also have typhoon, and classes are suspended. I hope it would leave immediately. Your dish looks yummy with the garlic and I know it smells good😌.
I missed that moon but I'm not even sure it happened over here. It's quite a moon and I hear it would only be seen again in 80k years....or did I hear wrongly?
