RE: Magical Monday Memories

Nice cooking/baking books! I have a ton of them here at the house, maybe I should snap some shots too. Now crunchy rhubarb crumble sounds awesome! I've always loved rhubarb, and since I was a kid my parents always grew it in the yard every year. I have two plants in my back yard to this day!

I am a huge slow cooker fan too, I use mine at least once a week and it's a great way to make some great chili beans. Having lived in the desert southwest in the US along the Mexico border I got so spoiled with authentic Mexican food. I learned how to make a lot of it myself, but being in southern California I can find authentic stuff too. It's just a much better price when I cook at home!

Flour prices are up everywhere thanks to our good buddy Putin messing up the Ukrainian supply of wheat. Coffee is another thing that has shot up a lot lately, I would like to blame that on Putin too, but sadly can't...

Can't wait to see your TTT!

Do you really! It is brilliant isn't it and one of the most hardy things to grow, it will take over given half the chance!

I must admit the one thing you guys can do is Mexican food unlike here.

That is interesting about coffee, ours actually came down a few months ago after shooting up.

The ttt hehe I have just seen yours and I am listening to it now. Interesting take on Message in a Bottle!
