Oh wow, your post kinda inspired me to become physically active. Been reflecting but not acting upon it lately, and hearing from your perspective, it kinda sparked something in me to start doing something “physical” asap. It’s so nice to be able to compare your self from 20 yrs ago and now, and there’s only a slight difference. That means you’re aging beautifully! I hope to be able to do that as well. Age is just a number indeed, what we feel inside matters. You don’t look like 47, imo. I thought we’re almost the same age of 30 something 😅 happy birthday to you!!

I'm happy that you got inspired. I think looking after ourselves is not vain, but a responsible thing to do. It helps us to develop our independent mindset of looking after ourselves:)))
