While chatting on Hive, I noticed a certain feature. European people say "Oh, my God" in a moment of admiration, and Russians say "Oh, damn."
Or am I wrong now?

Well, I am not a bit expert in English language, but we could also say "Damn, this is cold". It is just the matter of how you would like to express your suprise, excitement.
