We call them Jack and Jo. And they are building the nest the need. It is so lovely to see them together. Very busy ripping reed. To make a big nest. There was already a form in sight cause Jo already tried the new home to the eggs.

They nest is near the gate that is open now to mow the meadow but will be closed again so they will be protected and can be safe while breeding the eggs.

I can’t wait, we had 9 little ones last year. I even made a blog about them a few times. I do t know if this is the same pair but we love that they are near.

Its been a while, but I just ran out of feathered friends. So my appologeses @melinda010100. But I am here. Except our ducks don’t want to be in a blog anymore. But today I found our swans are preparing the nest for their offspring.
