MY ENTRY FOR THE FEATHERED FRIENDS - THE CHICKS

in Feathered Friends4 years ago

Raising chicken at home is a kind of stress reliever. I enjoyed watching them every morning and afternoon.

At dawn, the voice of the rooster will be heard and that is the sign that the sun is already starting giving sunlight to the world. I give them food earlier they will not go away so far from home. Sometimes, there are thefts nearby.

In the afternoon before they go to sleep, I am also giving food. I enjoyed so much the cuteness of the chicks under 1 month.

I love feeding them in my palm.

That's what I'm doing every morning playing with the chicks.

When they become bigger, they already how how to climb the tree and they sleep without the mother hen.

They have their permanent place where they rest.

They are doing like this during noon. They need a shady tree to cover themselves from the direct heat of the sun.

That's my story for today about my chicks.

If you have a place to raise chicken, try to have one hen.and rooster. Put them on an open cage and they will give you eggs everyday.

Thank you @melinda010100 for having this community. I'm a newbie and I found this interesting about feathered friends.

I never thought chicks went on the trees, the pictures where they are all on branches are so lovely and funny ^^

We put a ladder so they can climb. All animals if we trained them, they will really know it.

How clever !^^

Thank you so much and I'm also too clever.

Welcome to the Feathered Friends Community! I had no idea they could roost in trees when they were that young! Great photos!

Thank you for dropping by.
The tree is not too long and we put a ladder so they can climb easily.

Oh that explains it! I thought they would be too little to fly up there!

Yes, we trained them while too young.

Thank you @long888. It's because I'm looking up your post all the time.

A chicken paradise you have there.

Yes, they are producing noise every morning and afternoon asking for foods.

I like our little grey jays that visit us almost every day for a hand out, they can be a bit boisterous in the morning when then want a bite, but really not bad at all. It is fun to watch them and their antics.

Thank you again @bashadow
