You need to remove yourself off any voting trails and then monitor it for any votes that you did not cast yourself. If you see your account upvoting anything you didn't vote for, you will need to change your keys.
If you're not on any voting trails and if you've used the Steem Engine voting site (not the Steem Engine token site) then the hacker has your posting key and you will need to change your keys.
