It's the photo of a Stuhlmann's Sunbird taken from Southwestern part of Uganda in Mgahinga national park. It's also known as Rwenzori double collared sunbird and belongs to the family Nectariniidae. Males have a yellow tuft in the shoulders not well seen while females lack this. It is mostly found in the forest edges of higher altitudes and feeds on nectar of some flowers 🌼 🌺 as well as small insects.
